This is my second halloween look that I've done, and this is a pop art inspired look, hence the bold eyeliner and eyebrows. I could of also added the iconic red dots often featured in pop art if I did this look again. It is quite simple, but also effective as it's so bold and striking. I didn't use false eyelashes with this as I wanted the eyeliner to be the main focus, and not to be covered by the lashes.
